5. God went up with a shout,

5. the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.

6. Sing praises to God, sing praises;

6. sing praises to our King, sing praises.

7. For God is the King of all the earth;

7. sing praises with understanding.

8. God reigns over the nations;

8. God sits on His holy throne.

9. The princes of peoples are gathered together,

9. even the people of the God of Abraham.

9. For the shields of the earth belong to God;

9. He is greatly exalted.
