4. Sharp arrows of the warrior,

4. with coals of the broom tree!

5. Woe is me, that I have sojourned in Meshek,

5. or that I have dwelled among the tents of Kedar!

6. My soul has long lived

6. with those who hate peace.

7. I am for peace,

7. but when I speak, they are for war!
